Kharisman Hudha, S.H. LL.M
- Managing Partner -

Mr. Kharisman Hudha, the Managing Partner of HNH Lawyer, with extensive legal experience. He gained his master degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and bachelor of law from Brawijaya University. He established HNH Lawyer in 2021. Throughout his career, Mr. Hudha has worked with many of the largest domestic and international corporations. Prior to establish HNHLawyer, Mr Hudha was a Corporate Secretary and Vice President Legal of PT Indosat, Tbk.
Mr. Hudha's substantial experience includes significant roles in both in-house legal teams and big lawfirms, particularly in the telecommunications industry, digital industry, property industry, energy, and healthcare sectors. His expertise covers all aspects of corporate secretary duties, financing, contract development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, litigation, data privacy, andvarious commercial transactions. This breadth of experience enables HNH Lawyer to offer valuable advice and support for commercial transactions across numerous industries.
Mr. Hudha holds an advocate license from PERADI and is a member of the Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM).

Raisha Inayah Dahlan
- Associate -

Raisha Inayah Dahlan is an emerging legal professional specializing in corporate and economic law, with expertise in regulatory compliance, legal documentation, contract and legal analysis. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. Raisha developed an early interest in corporate law through courses such as Capital Market Law, Banking Law, Commercial Law, Securities Law, and Bankruptcy Law, combining legal theory with a commercial perspective.
Currently, as an Associate at HNH Lawyer, she drafts and reviews corporate agreements, prepares legal responses and legal opinions, legal due diligence, supports regulatory filings for applications to financial authorities, and assists clients in various corporate matters including company governance and anti-money laundering compliance. She also helps streamline clients’ legal processes by automating document preparation.
Her prior internships at a major national energy company and a government social policy institution expanded her adaptability and legal insight across sectors. Known for her attention to detail, strong legal writing, and clear communication, Raisha is fluent in Indonesian and English and committed to ongoing professional growth.

Siti Marwah
- Legal Administration -

Siti Marwah is a dedicated administrative with experience in document management, asset inventory control, and cross-branch coordination, including supporting administrative processes in legal environments. A graduate of Office Administration at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, she is skilled in ensuring every process is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness. Experienced in managing legal documents, preparing reports, and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, and Notion, Siti Marwah is committed to delivering optimal contributions to support smooth legal operations and services.
